Metropolitan Developer formed in 1998 and brings together the building and property experience of brothers Michael Cannon and Jim Cannon, and the business organisation skills of sister Catrina Cannon.

Inspired by their father’s role in constructing some of Birmingham’s most iconic buildings, Michael, Jim and Catrina created Metropolitan Developer to elevate the family’s involvement in construction in the West Midlands region.
