A three-phase, canal-side residential development in Birmingham City centre
Metropolitan Developer worked for Crest Nicholson to deliver all three, back-to-back phases of this large-scale residential development on Sherbourne Street in the centre of Birmingham. The scheme is made up of 5-storey, 6-storey and 13-storey apartment blocks running alongside the Birmingham canal line. All concrete formwork was erected on target, in 72 weeks.
