Built for Unite Students, the 964 room The Plaza residential scheme spanned 37-storeys. Due to the height of the development, we used an Ischebeck Titan full height safety screen system to create a strong and safe barrier around the edge of the five-floor working area.

Scope of works included:

  • 37 storeys
  • Slipformed main core
  • Post-tensioned concrete floors
  • In-situ reinforced concrete cores, walls and columns
  • Ischebeck Titan and Doka formwork/falsework
  • Ischebeck Titan full height safety screen system
  • Ischebeck Titan HV decking system for the horizontal elements
