A 1.2m sq. ft residential scheme in central Leeds

Metropolitan Developer constructed five separate concrete frame residential buildings for Lendlease at Clarence Dock in central Leeds. The build programme for the five-phase development spanned four years and included structures from 8-storeys to 22 storeys high.

Scope of works included:

  • Jump system for the main core of 22-storey building
  • Slipforming to all further cores in the scheme
  • In-situ reinforced concrete cores, walls, columns and slabs
  • All associated substructure works
